Defusing Generational Trauma
Hello Phulasso Living followers,
I pray that your wellness is no longer contested territory—but made secure in the mighty name of the Lord Jesus.
Just sharing some thoughts on recovery, especially as I reflect on my recovery of past childhood traumas.
Let’s unpack some truth:
Recovery takes more commitment than most of us are willing to give—especially on our own.
It’s not a light decision.
It’s active combat.
But that’s not a problem—because even the will to fight again comes from the Lord.
Philippians 2:13
“For it is God who works in you, both to will and to work for His good pleasure.”
Trauma becomes a crossroads.
It will either press you to become the champion the Lord your God intended,
or shape you into the victim the Father of Lies hoped you’d become.
In Phulasso, we don't just talk about recovery.
We move on it.
We fight for it.
We build with it—
to live in it.
This isn’t just a call to heal.
It’s a commission to uproot and overthrow every stronghold that dares to stand in the way of your freedom—and the freedom of your generational line.
Jeremiah 1:10
“See, I have set you this day… to pluck up and to break down, to destroy and to overthrow, to build and to plant.”
I pray you grasp the meat of what’s being stated here:
This kind of recovery demands full commitment.
It requires you to get ruthless about healing.
It’s warfare.
It’s rebuilding the walls—
and burning the enemy’s blueprints at the same time.
Reject the mental chaos trying to claim you—and your children’s children.
Your family doesn’t have to stay bound, passing down its unique brand of crazy from one generation to the next—whether you were the start of it or not.
You’re under attack.
But with the Lord Jesus, you’re not alone—
and you’re always “packin’ heat!”
Multiple weapons systems, in fact.
Let go of the coldness and cruelty that trauma unloaded into that space
where the Lord wants to pour His healing fire.
Let Him consume it.
Then rise up from those ashes—
and take hold of what the Lord Jesus already secured for you by His blood.
True recovery from generational trauma begins in the mind.
It’s not about rehearsing old wounds.
It’s about:
Renewing your mind (Romans 12:2)
Standing in the truth that sets you free (John 8:32)
Replacing every lie with God’s Word (2 Timothy 3:16–17)
Confession.
Repentance.
Transformation.
That’s the path that delivered me.
The only path that worked.
Healing goes beyond the emotional—this is supernatural.
The power of the Holy Spirit:
Breaks every yoke (Isaiah 10:27)
Binds every wound (Luke 4:18)
Rewrites bloodlines through deliverance, Spirit-filled prayer, and prophetic insight (Acts 2:17)
Our goal isn’t to spend a lifetime managing trauma.
We burn it to the ground.
We rise in the Spirit.
We rebuild from the ashes.
From a Phulasso perspective, recovery is a protective mission.
We guard our minds and hearts like a sacred citadel (Philippians 4:7).
We demolish strongholds (2 Corinthians 10:4–5)—and we don’t apologize for it.
We redeem,
rebuild,
and reassign what the enemy tried to hijack.
We forge new legacies in Christ—
a Phulasso bloodline,
rooted in obedience, resilience, and ruthless love.
We’re not just healing for ourselves.
We’re healing to protect those coming after us—
our children’s children, and everyone within our influence.
Our healing is our warfare.
We are intensely combative when it comes to mental, emotional, and spiritual wellness.

Our obedience is our legacy.
This is about taking mental and emotional territory.
We are setting captives free—starting with ourselves.
Stand up.
Break free.
Protect the next generation.
Start today.
